Virginia Hall, code name “Germaine,” was one the most successful operatives of WWII.  She used her unique strengths and weaknesses - including a prosthetic leg - to stay safe and complete her missions. Intended Consequences Group’s Germa(i)ne Safety & Security Preparation Course follows Hall’s lead by identifying strategies that leverage identity, strengths, and resources to stay safe while conducting important work abroad. Other training courses approach security from a male, military lens and use standard curriculum thereby leaving gaps.  Germa(i)ne seeks to fill these gaps by guiding each person through identifying which strategies work in their particular setting.
